Those in catering jobs invited to Exeter food and drink event

People in catering jobs across the UK have been invited to attend the Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink 2011.

Set to take place from April 29th to May 1st, the event will be held at Northernhay Gardens and Exeter Castle.

Last year, the festival was attended by more than 100 exhibitors, along with a number of celebrities and top chefs, Cost Sector Catering magazine reports.

The Well Hung Meat Company is one of the firms that will be exhibiting at next year's festival.

"We've been exhibiting at the festival for the last four years and we keep coming back as we get such a great response from visitors," Well Hung Meat Company's manager Simon Wood told the magazine.

He went on to say that the festival was "cost-effective" and said it was a great opportunity to talk to food lovers.

Tickets for the festival are £7 for entry after dark, £7 for a day pass and £15 for those who want to have access for the whole weekend.
