Shortlist for Best Employers in Hospitality Awards announced

The shortlist for the Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2011 has been announced.

Organised by hospitality recruitment specialist Caterer.com, the awards are designed to recognise the best employers in the industry.

Those working in restaurant, hotel, pub, bar and contract catering jobs across England and Wales voted for their employers to be included in the awards.

First, the top 30 Best Employers in Hospitality are to be announced and then category winners and the overall winner will be revealed at an awards ceremony to be held at the Lancaster London Hotel on June 21st.

Ian Burke of Caterer.com said that the awards give hospitality employers of all sizes the chance to prove how much they value their staff.

"Knowing how important good talent is in making success of a business, we are thrilled to see such a diverse variety of organisations who are keen to attract and retain the best people through employee engagement," he added.

Back in April, WorkingMother.com named hotel brand Marriott International as one of the Best Companies for Hourly Workers 2011.
