Za Za Bazaar 'to open in Norwich'

Za Za Bazaar could offer sous chef jobs and other positions after opening its second establishment in Norwich, a 25,000 sq ft site with a seating capacity of up to 600 diners.

The company launched another eatery in Bristol last month and hopes to roll out the concept over the UK in the coming year, reports Caterer and Hotelkeeper.

Its Norwich outlet will be based in the Riverside Entertainment Centre this spring after a £2.5 million redevelopment process.

Simon Howlett, Za Za Bazaar marketing manager, said: "Local people will be able to enjoy the energy, originality and sheer fun of the Za Za experience for themselves."

He explained thirty specialist chefs would be creating cuisine from around the globe for visitors to the restaurant, making for a unique dining experience.

Nitin Bhatnagar, a celebrated international chef, provided the impetus for the concept. He claimed to be inspired by the street markets of south-east Asia, where a number of different types of food are available to customers.
