New hospitality company Distinctive Inns could be looking for bar staff after taking on a second site in Nottingham, the location of which has yet to be named.
The business was formed by James Bull and Ross Tunaley. The pair, who opened their first establishment, the Riverside Pub and Kitchen, in a £500,000 co-investment deal with Punch Taverns early last year.
Mr Bull said: "The Riverside was a run-down village pub but it now has a really contemporary feel to it while still being very much a village local."
The new pub will also involve a £500,000 investment, with the partnership again working in conjunction with Punch Taverns.
Punch business relationship manager Jon Harris added that Distinctive Inns had impressed with its first opening and expressed his hope that it would continue to do well in the new site.
Around 5,000 pubs in the UK come under the Punch Taverns portfolio, many of which are owned in partnership with the company.
