The Peach Pub Company has been recognised for its efforts to provide training and support to its staff.
According to the Coventry Telegraph, the chain scooped one of the best places to work in hospitality 2008 gongs at the Caterer and Hotelkeeper awards, winning the restaurants and bar category for firms with less than ten sites.
Lee Cash, the co-founder of the company, told the newspaper: "As an employer, we're always looking at ways we can make our pubs better places to work and we're absolutely thrilled to have had the work we've done recognised through this award."
Peach has seven outlets across the Midlands, including in Stratford-Upon-Avon and Warwick, and has a total of 210 employees.
The hospitality honour is the latest Peach has received, with the company last year named one of the rising stars of the catering industry at the Retailers Retailer Awards.
Andrew Coath, who works at Peach pub Swan in Salford, is also an award winner, scooping both the title of food pub manager of the year at the Pub Chef awards and BII Licensee of The Year.
