Hospitality jobs are to be created in Wensleydale, Yorkshire, after Theakston's announced it will open a hotel and conference centre.
Property and former brewery offices adjacent to the White Bear pub in Masham are to be transformed thanks to a £1.5 million makeover.
Edward Theakston, a director of T&R Theakston Ltd, said: "We are very excited about the development of the White Bear and extending the premises."
Expected to be open in early summer, the new hotel will feature 13 individually designed bedrooms.
With demand already high for the hotel, local jobs such as restaurant work will be available through an extension to the dining room, kitchen and additional meeting and conference rooms.
Hotel manager Sue Thomas said: "Work is already well underway and enquires for bookings are growing upwards at the same rate as the new building."
In 2004, the Theakston family regained ownership of the company after buying it back from Scottish & Newcastle.
