A new hotel is set to be built at Alton Towers, creating further hospitality jobs at the Staffordshire theme park.
Reports suggest that parent company Merlin Entertainments will unveil new investment plans in the next two months, which will include a third accommodation facility.
Some 2,900 staff are already employed in technical, administrative, hospitality and hotel jobs at the resort, which is situated on a country estate near Uttoxeter.
Alton Towers' corporate communications manager Liz Greenwood said: "We have conducted a very detailed economic impact survey which looks at how our business affects those around us and the wider district and county.
"Over the next 10 years, many millions of pounds will be invested in the resort on its infrastructure, rides, attractions, heritage, the house and peripheral activities, as well as further accommodation."
Last month, planning permission was granted for a new 109-room hotel Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, in a move which is set to bring hotel jobs to the West Midlands.
