People in hotel jobs with the Cavendish Hotel are working for one of the best 100 small businesses in the UK, according to the Sunday Times' list.
The newspaper created its annual selection of best small companies to work for, placing the London accommodation at 99.
More than 230,000 employers were reviewed to create the longlist, before the top 100 were chosen from a shortlist of 964 firms.
The Sunday Times surveyed people in hotel jobs at the accommodation, who rated it 84 per cent positive for growth and the same for it being clear what is expected of them.
Joanne Wright, human resources manager at the hotel, told Caterersearch.com: "We work hard to ensure our staff are satisfied and engaged in their roles. Showing them we care about them ensures they deliver caring service to our guests."
It is not the only accolade that people in hotel jobs at the Cavendish have seen, as head concierge Ben Malpass won the Clef d'Or International Concierge of the Year 2010 in January. The employee beat off competition from around the world to get the title.
