Tragus could make sous chef jobs and other kitchen positions available in its new Oriel brasserie, which is set to open in Heathrow's Terminal 3 later this month.
The casual dining company owns several UK brands, including Cafe Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada.
A recent trading report showed the firm had enjoyed a 5.1 per cent year-on-year increase in sales across its portfolio over the six weeks to January 8th 2012.
Its new 115-cover operation in Heathrow airport will revamp the traditional Oriel menu, after the iconic Sloane Square restaurant closed last year.
Ben Crowley, head of food and beverages at Heathrow, said this was just the beginning of an ongoing process to improve the dining experience for customers passing through Terminal 3.
"We are really excited to be able to offer our Terminal 3 passengers something a bit different by bringing an interesting brand like Oriel to the airport," added Mr Crowley.
