LT 'planning to create pub manager jobs'

LT Pub Management is planning to create a number of pub manager jobs in the UK as it aims to expand after posting £17 million turnover.

The organisation was created in February last year after it acquired LT Management Services with around 350 pubs under management from the administrator of London Town, and now runs over 1,100 UK pubs on leases, the Morning Advertiser noted.

A spokesman for the company said the market for pub manager jobs is "very competitive" at the moment, with the company on the lookout for people who could help to boost trade across the company's venues.

"There are many factors involved in the ability of individual pubs to attract customers and the group continues to work with managers to enhance the trading potential of each site," he told the newspaper.

It comes after JD Wetherspoon this week confirmed that it is looking to create more pub manager jobs across the UK after posting positive financial results.
