A Wolverhampton pub has revealed that it is to create 50 local jobs when work to refurbish its facilities is completed later this year.
The Bradmore Arms and Hungry Horse will close next week while the facility is given a makeover which will see it launch a new coffee shop, according to the Express and Star.
It will also expand its bar area and restaurant area, modernise its function room and revamp its outdoor smoking area, installing plasma screen televisions.
Live sporting events, pub games and food are three key parts of the pub's business, according to pub owner Greene King.
The £700,000 project is set to take two months, with the pub scheduled to re-open its doors to customers on July 3rd.
Chris Peck, pub manager at the venue, said: "We are expanding the restaurant and bar, adding a coffee shop and updating the function room upstairs to enable business meetings as well as parties.
"This is resulting in an extra 50 jobs and is a major investment."
