The Bradmore Arms and Hungry Horse Restaurant in Wolverhampton, which has been undergoing major modernisation, has attracted seekers of pub jobs through its doors for a recruitment day, it has been revealed.
Due to reopen on July 3rd this year, the newly refurbished pub has proved "welcome news" to the town which has recently lost a "string of pubs", according to the Express and Star.
The project has inspired hungry interest from 500 potential pub job hopefuls for only 50 vacancies offered, reflecting enthusiasm goes a long way when impressing an employer.
Chris Peck, general pub manager, told the publication: "The recruitment campaign response has been outstanding
it has been very hard picking the final team as there is so much talent out there."
The pub, which will encompass an expanded restaurant and bar, a new coffee shop and a revamp of its function room, closed for restorations on May 5th this year and reports suggest it is on track for its predicted relaunch in July.
