Stirrings are made from the freshest ingredients

New mixer range 'takes the fear out of cocktails'

Stirrings, a cocktail mixers brand established in the US since 2005, is to be launched in pubs and hospitality institutions across the UK in an exciting move, it has been revealed.

The brand is a collection of more than 70 varieties of specially designed one-serve packages of fruit juice mixtures, using fresh juice, cane sugar and triple filtered water with no added preservatives, claiming to achieve a "better, brighter taste" for combination drinks.

Now, according to the Publican, the range is due to launch in the UK on-trade industry, featuring predominantly in pubs across the country.

The product is fashioned to be added to and mixed with spirits to form well-known and classic cocktails, the newspaper states.

Stirrings' intercontinental transition is being tipped by founder Bill Creelman as a way to "take the fear out of cocktails in pubs" and allow customers to know exactly what they're drinking without being "patronising".

Mr Creelman told the news provider: "What were special occasion drinks are now every day. Up until now, however, there have been few ways for pubs to match the interest in cocktails they have seen elsewhere."

Stirrings also has a range of bar ingredients such as Blood Orange Bitters, Authentic Grenadine and Simple Syrup.
