Michelin-starred chef Richard Corrigan has opened a new restaurant in his native Ireland, it has been reported.
Online recruitment website Caterersearch said Mr Corrigan's latest venture is to be found in Dublin and is the latest Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill brand restaurant opening.
Individuals looking for jobs in the catering industry might be interested to learn the establishment will be managed by Drew Flood, the previous director of hotel services at the K-Club where he spent 17 years.
Meanwhile, the development will also see the construction of a ten-bedroom guesthouse with a 100-seater lounge and private dining area.
According to the BBC, Richard Corrigan began his career in cookery at the age of 14 and spent four years living and working in the Netherlands as part of his training.
The celebrity chef has made numerous appearances on television and in recent years has had the honour of presenting a smoked salmon starter in the final of the Great British Menu in 2006, as well as cooking the fish course for the Queen in the programme's second series.
