A popular west London pub has undergone a major refurbishment to establish it as a new eatery.

The Queen Adelaide pub on the Uxbridge Road has been redesigned as an informal gastro pub which serves high-quality food and a selection of ales from across the UK.

Occupying a grade II listed Victorian building, the establishment still boasts many of its original features such as the central bar.

Furthermore, a team of chefs is creating a wide range of dishes including braised lamb shank with mashed neeps and curly kale, honey glazed confit duck leg with bubble and squeak and garlic beans topped with red wine duck sauce.

Nick Pring, founding partner of Realpubs, said: "We wanted to create a haven where customers can enjoy a hand pulled ale and a freshly prepared meal in a warm homely environment”.

"As well as a regularly changing menu, The Queen Adelaide will be championing some of the best ales Britain has to offer"

The Queen Adelaide is owned and operated by Realpubs.
