Plans for a major new pub development in the West Midlands have been given the green light, creating a large number of bar jobs in the Sandwell region.
Marston's will build the £2.5 million venue at Gallagher Retail Park, near Ikea, at Junction 9 off the M6 in Wednesbury, the Express and Star reports.
The establishment, which is yet to be named, will transform almost two acres of vacant land between the River Tame and Axletree Way.
It is expected to provide at least 50 opportunities for bar staff in the area, with ten full-time roles and 40 part-time pub jobs soon up for grabs.
Elsewhere in the West Midlands, a new pub named after local football legend Billy Wright looks set to create up to 16 bar jobs when it reopens.
The Billy Wright, on Princess Street in Wolverhampton city centre, has been redeveloped by national pub chain Amber Taverns at a cost of £360,000.
