Another of Britain's top celebrity chefs has signed up for building developments which promise new opportunities for restaurant work.
Michelin-starred gastronomic guru Gary Rhodes will launch two Dorset eateries in conjunction with hotel group Harbour Hotels.
According to Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine, Rhodes South and King's Rhodes will form part of a multi-million pound restoration programme of hospitality outlets in the area.
"Working with such a renowned chef is a very exciting step forward for our business," Harbour Hotels general manager Adam Terpening remarked to the publication.
"The combination of Gary Rhodes, a unique building and the water's-edge setting will make Rhodes South a top destination in the area," he added.
With fresh seafood and local produce to be served in the restaurants, they are also intended to represent the latest in eco-friendly building design.
Gary Rhodes holds two Michelin stars for his Rhodes W1 restaurant at London's Cumberland hotel and Rhodes Twenty Four, also located in the capital.
