The launch of Aston Villa's hotly anticipated new hospitality facilities at the Trinity Road stand is due in August, it has been reported, with football fans and seekers of hospitality jobs alike eager to get involved.
New chefs and waiters will have opportunities across the four new fine-dining establishments 82 Lounge, Trinity, McGregors and Directors, each offering something different and set to be unveiled at the beginning of the new 2008-9 football season.
According to the Birmingham Mail, the Director restaurant is to be the most exclusive, which if certain football aficionados purchase a £7,000 season ticket, it will give them the chance to enjoy champagne and eat alongside home and visiting directors of prominent football clubs.
Head of hospitality and events at the football club, Alison Plant, told the Mail: "Nobody else does this in the football world. We feel that this is unique. This is all about improving the service we offer - we want to make this as good as anything elsewhere."
Season tickets for the new luxury stand range from £2,700 to £7,000 plus VAT, reports the Birmingham Post.
