The West Beach Cafe will be opening its doors to diners next month, suggesting the creation of restaurant work.

Based in Littlehampton, the new fish and chip eatery may be looking for kitchen and waiting staff to serve its menu, which includes homemade fish cakes and locally-produced ice cream, from July 20th, according to Big Hospitality.

The sister restaurant of the East Beach Cafe, which opened last June, will also be serving up sustainable fish and local produce to customers, the news provider has reported.

Sophie Murray, who owns the restaurants with her mother Jane Wood, told the website: "Even the cafe itself has been made locally – from the furniture to the lighting, the signage, the steelwork and the window frames – each item has been hand made by local craftsmen, many based in Littlehampton."

With the busy summer season just around the corner, the East Beach Cafe itself is also looking for "charming and friendly" waiting staff to join its team.
