Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver is set to launch a new Italian restaurant in Cambridge this Sunday (February 21st), reports the BBC.
It will become Oliver's ninth venture and could be his most special as the chef calls Cambridge his "local town", having grown up in nearby Saffron Walden.
The restaurant, at the Old Library in the Guildhall on Wheeler Street, will also be the closest of his eateries to his home in Essex.
Oliver told the news provider: "Cambridge is my city. I grew up in this town and it's a dear city to my heart. I hope this restaurant will be a little sparkle in this town."
He added that he will probably be there most weekends, with it being his "local".
Oliver is to join New York chef Adam Perry-Lang and restaurant operator Kevin Bacon in a new City of London venture which is due to open in October 2010, it was announced recently.
