Hotel jobs will be created in London as H10 forms its first hotel in the city.
The company has unveiled plans to expand in Europe, creating a 176-bedroom hotel in Waterloo, which will also create restaurant jobs and bar jobs.
A Circus Bar will also be formed in the hotel, forming bar jobs for people in London.
The hotel jobs will be located near to the train station, having views of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.
Restaurant jobs will be created in the Three O Two eatery in the hotel, which will serve Mediterranean food, being next to the open plan bar.
People will be able to book a room in the new hotel from March 1st, with the facility having 144 standard rooms, 32 deluxe ones and one suite.
H10 said: "This facility is the second international opening of H10 Hotels at European level, following the inauguration of H10 Roma Citta in the Italian capital in December 2008."
