Restaurant jobs: Yo! Sushi has well-earned reputation

People looking for restaurant jobs could take inspiration from an eatery which has impressed one reviewer with its excellent sushi and service.

Yo! Sushi in Edinburgh was reviewed by the Scotsman's Gaby Soutar, who said that the restaurant provided her with one of the most interesting experiences she'd had in a while.

"This was the best fun I've had in ages. Since being converted from a static food market into an upper-crust fast-food outlet, the Forth Floor [of Harvey Nichols] is like an amusement park for buffet fans," she stated.

The squishy slivers of miso black cod, beef tataki and scallop kushi katsu all impressed the food critic, who added that her little sister also enjoyed the food.

Landlords and businesses need to come to better rent agreements in order to secure UK jobs in the future, according to Retail Ireland director Torlach Denihan, who said the present situation needs to be reviewed.
