A new fusion restaurant in Croydon has revealed that it is looking to expand across London already, potentially providing restaurant work.
India Dining, which serves up modern Indian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist in a tapas-style, is looking into setting up shop in various locations in central London, the Croydon Guardian has reported.
Oxford Street and Victoria are two areas currently being considered and new branches would be situated in Houses of Fraser food courts.
Manager Sabrina Kurz spoke to the paper about the restaurant and its future plans, commenting: "We're not looking outside of London at the present time, but who knows what the future holds."
"We have a quick turnover of people and 12 staff," she added.
Another firm expanding in the UK is Travelodge which recently opened a new facility in Essex, providing a boost to those looking for hotel jobs in the region.
