An area of Liverpool's city centre is finally becoming an attractive business location and could soon see a second hotel constructed there as it expands even further, according to one publication.
The Liverpool Daily Post reported on the progress of the Baltic Triangle, which could soon see another hotel constructed by developer LAG Pritchard, as well as 100 more apartments.
Barry McGorry, development manager at Liverpool Vision, which has responsibility for the Baltic Triangle, told the newspaper that there needs to be greater promotion of the area.
"We need to start singing about it from the rooftops. We need to start feeling proud of ourselves – not just Liverpool City Council or Liverpool Vision, but the people who live and work here. They should be proud of themselves," he stated.
Burnley is another north-west location which is seeing expansion, with the town's Riverside Business Park getting ready for a hotel, as well as a pub restaurant.
