Restaurant jobs have been created in the Wirral as a new eatery has been added to the Hillbark Hotel.
The fine dining restaurant, owned by Michelin-starred chef Aiden Byrne, is to open its doors to the public on Monday (August 2nd).
Mr Byrne told the Liverpool Echo that he was "over the moon" about his new restaurant.
He went on to describe those who have filled the restaurant jobs as "a great team of people".
Mr Byrne also owns a pub in Lymm called the Church Green with his wife Sarah.
"It's a great business opportunity and it allowed us to come back up north and settle down properly," he explained.
Earlier in the year, the Liverpool Daily Post reported that funding arrangements had been agreed for a development in the Wirral that will include a Travelodge, which could lead to the creation of new hotel and restaurant jobs.
