Professionals in sommelier jobs have begun working at the UK's largest restaurant, which opened its doors for the first time in Bristol at the end of November.
The Za Za Bazaar, a 30,000 sq ft eatery in the south-west city's harbourside district, is capable of seating more than 1,000 customers at a time and will produce more than 8,000 dishes to wash on a busy night, reports the Western Daily Press.
Its owners are planning to open seven additional eateries in the next year and a half, potentially created 1,000 new restaurant jobs across the country.
Nitin Bhatnagar, the man behind the project, said: "We are creating the ambience of the streets. We are getting the outside inside - making a great place for our customers to explore."
The Bristol establishment will offer a new guest cuisine every month, with Japanese dishes such as gyoza, yakitori, teriyaki, ramen and udon noodles on the menu in December.
