by the UK&#39;s largest hotel chain, Premier Inn.<br/><br/>The Whitbread-owned chain is planning to occupy a site at Lewins Mead which has been left derelict for a number of years and invest up to &pound;10 million in the property, which will include a bar and restaurant.<br/><br/>Peter Lawson, associate director at development and planning specialists Turley Associates, said he is delighted
